We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use DreamStrikr, and limited information from third parties you connect.

• Account & identity. Your phone number (verified by OTP) or Google sign-in details, and the profile you build — name, playing position, location, career statistics, and awards.
• Media. Photos and videos you upload to your profile, team, or gallery.
• Team & match activity. Teams you create or join, squads, formations, match challenges, tournament applications, and referral activity.
• Payment information. Tournament entry-fee payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status; we do not store your full card or UPI details.
• Technical data. Device, browser, IP address, and usage logs collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.

• Create and maintain your account and football profile.
• Enable core features — teams, squads, formations, match challenges, live scores, and tournaments.
• Process tournament entry-fee payments and confirm registrations.
• Help clubs, coaches, scouts, and other players discover the talent you choose to make visible.
• Operate the referral program and calculate referral rewards.
• Send service messages (OTPs, match and tournament updates) and, where permitted, notifications.
• Protect the platform against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and comply with legal obligations.

DreamStrikr is a community platform, so parts of your profile are designed to be seen. Your name, playing position, statistics, and media you upload may be visible to other users, teams, coaches, and scouts as part of talent discovery.

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the platform — including Razorpay for payments, our hosting and infrastructure providers, and communication (SMS/email) partners. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not sell your personal information.

Tournament entry fees are collected through Razorpay Checkout. When you pay, your payment details are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We store only the payment reference and status against your tournament application to confirm your registration.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Sessions are secured using JWT authentication, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access & update. View and edit your profile, media, and participation details at any time from your account.
• Visibility. Choose what you add to your public profile.
• Deletion. Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Communications. Opt out of non-essential notifications; some service messages (like OTPs) are required to use the platform.

Football welcomes players of all ages, but DreamStrikr is intended for users aged [16/18] and above. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must consent to and supervise your use. If we learn we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. Please contact us if you believe this has happened.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DreamStrikr, operated by [Legal Entity Name]. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DreamStrikr.

You must be at least [16/18] years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use DreamStrikr. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your account secure. You may sign in using phone (OTP) or Google, and you must not share your account or impersonate anyone else.

DreamStrikr is a shared space for the football community. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Harass, abuse, or endanger other players, teams, or organizers.
• Upload media you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Misuse match, tournament, or live-score features, including submitting false results.

You can create teams, manage squads and formations, challenge other teams, and apply to tournaments. Team owners are responsible for managing their squads, approving requests, and running matches fairly. Creating a team requires a complete profile. Tournament organizers set their own rules, schedules, and eligibility; by applying, you agree to the organizer's terms in addition to these.

Some tournaments charge an entry fee, collected securely through Razorpay. Fees are shown before you confirm. Unless stated otherwise by the organizer or required by law, entry fees are non-refundable once an application is confirmed. Any refund, cancellation, or dispute is handled according to the specific tournament's policy and applicable law.

Each user receives a referral code to share. Rewards are earned as described in the program and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion. Abuse of the referral system — including fake accounts or fraudulent activity — may result in forfeited rewards and account action.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and information you upload. By posting, you grant DreamStrikr a non-exclusive license to host and display that content to operate the platform and its discovery features. The DreamStrikr name, logo, design, and software remain our property and may not be used without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

DreamStrikr is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that matches, tournaments, or opportunities arranged through the platform will meet your expectations, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users, teams, or organizers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamStrikr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Football activities carry physical risk; you participate at your own responsibility.
